The AM-GO (Approved Meet and Greet Parking Operator scheme) - designed to raise industry standards and eliminate rogue operators across the UK - is currently undergoing a transition and will shortly become the Safer Parking Meet and Greet initiative.

Accredited members have undergone rigorous assessments to prove their commitment to security. By choosing an accredited provider, customers can head to a terminal knowing their vehicle is in professional hands.

We are welcoming applications from Airports, Operators, Booking agents and Consolidators to be a part of this groundbreaking initiative.

Safer Parking Meet and Greet ensures that:

  • Airports and ferry ports have designated, clearly marked and signposted Meet and Greet drop-off and pick-up zones
  • Meet and Greet staff, including drivers, are qualified, professional, fully insured, and carry ID cards and wear uniforms at all times
  • Vehicles are safely stored in a Safer Parking accredited facilities and cars won't be driven any further than stated on the booking confirmation
  • Airports, ferry ports and Safer Parking Meet and Greet members are regularly assessed and monitored by qualified auditors to uphold the highest standards and exemplary customer service
  • Motorists are signposted to a single, reliable data source for Safer Parking Meet and Greet members and can be confident of leaving their vehicle with an Approved Meet and Greet Operator

The Safer Parking Meet and Greet initiative includes regular audits of consolidators, booking agents, meet and greet operators, and airports against the Safer Parking Meet and Greet code of practice, which members have committed to.
